Every pair of AmberSonos custom IEMs is built by hand specifically for you — from the shell to the drivers. Because each monitor is a unique, made-to-order product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Fit Adjustment

If your monitors don't fit correctly upon delivery, contact us within 30 days and we will adjust or remake them at no charge — one time per order.

⚠️ Fit issues resulting from incorrectly taken ear impressions (not taken by a qualified audiologist with a bite block) may not be covered.

1-Year Warranty on Internal Components

All internal components — drivers, crossovers, and wiring — are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. If something stops working under normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

The warranty does not cover physical damage, moisture damage, or issues caused by third-party cables or modifications.
